General & Company Information
What areas do you service?
We are based in Montreal and proudly serve the entire Greater Montreal area and neighboring regions. If you are unsure if your project falls within our range, please reach out to us directly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, absolutely. We hold a valid license with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ#: 5833-7510-01) and carry full liability insurance. We only work with qualified, professional sub-trades who meet our rigorous standards for safety and quality.
What types of projects do you handle?
We act as a General Contractor for small to large-scale projects in both residential and commercial sectors. Our expertise ranges from kitchen and bathroom makeovers to major home additions and commercial space renovations.
Process & Planning
Do I need my own designs/architect drawings before I call you?
Not necessarily. While we are happy to work with plans you already have, we also provide design input and building solutions. We can collaborate with you from the initial concept phase to help visualize the project before construction begins.
How do you handle project permits?
As your General Contractor, we can manage the entire permit process for you. We ensure all work complies with local Montreal municipal codes and regulations, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork or legalities.
How do you ensure the project stays on schedule?
We pride ourselves on our organization. Before starting, we create a detailed schedule and resource plan. We utilize a strict project tracking process to monitor progress daily, ensuring we meet the agreed-upon milestones and complete your project on time.
During Construction
Who will be my main point of contact?
Clear communication is one of our core values. You will have a dedicated project manager (often Kyle or a senior lead) who supervises the quality of work and keeps you updated throughout the entire process, so you never feel out of the loop.
Can I live in my home during the renovation?
This depends on the scope of the work. For smaller projects like a bathroom or kitchen renovation, it is often possible to stay home with some adjustments. For major overhauls, we usually recommend finding temporary accommodation to ensure your safety and comfort. We will discuss this with you during our initial consultation.
Budget & Payments
How accurate are your estimates?
We believe in transparency. Our proposals are detailed and based on a thorough assessment of your needs to minimize surprises. While unforeseen issues can arise (especially in older Montreal homes), we communicate any necessary changes immediately for your approval before proceeding.
What is the first step to getting a quote?
It starts with a consultation! [Link to Book a Consultation] We will visit your site, discuss your vision and budget, and prepare a proposal that walks you through every step of the process.
